We started out with a question: How can we reach the most amount of people?
Then, came the vision: We want to equip others with the resources to live healthier lives, encourage them along the way, and empower them to go out there and do it for themselves, without having to rely on us.
Then, came the name:

That’s our name and that’s our vision.
