My name is Tiffany and I have four kids. We live a very active lifestyle.
I’ve spent my whole life being active and working out. It has played a big role in my own self-care and taking care of my body so in turn I can take care of my family and my kids and have the energy to do this life and try to do it well.
I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. Healthy body, active lifestyle, eating healthy, but unfortunately this diagnosis was spoken over me, so it kind of changed my mindset on fitness.
I thought that to be fit and to get a good workout in I had to pretty much kill myself and be out of breath and pretty much just have no energy whatsoever after a workout to feel like I just really pushed myself.
Working out with E3 has changed my mindset and I’m learning to rest, learning to slow down and to really focus 1-on-1 attention with a coach and with a trainer to really target train areas that I want to stay fit in.
So this has been a journey. It’s going to be a journey of my lifetime. I feel better when I workout and I’m able to take care of my family better. And I just can’t help but think that in 3rd John, Apostle John talks about “Dear friends, I hope that you are as well in body as you are in spirit.”
So that’s been my go-to. I want to be well in my body and I want to be well in spirit so that I can steward this life and this body well.
