Travel Workout Guides
We tailored our travel workout program to be convenient to you to workout ANYWHERE in the world, whether that’s in a hotel gym, on the beach, or in your room. You can purchase here.
Summer Shred & Summer Shred 2
Our summer shred program was designed to help you get shredded in the weight room leading up to summer/swim suit season. We want everyone to feel confident going to the beach with friends or going to the neighborhood pool with their kids. You can get shredded year-round too, if you’d like! You can purchase both here.
Courses
healthy Thanksgiving Mini Course
This year we launched a mini course helping you guys prepare + host a healthy Thanksgiving for a friendsgiving or for your family. We included a lot of healthy recipes + healthier versions of fan favorites (like sweet potato casserole!). Even though Thanksgiving is over, this is still a great resource for easy + healthy recipes if you want some new recipe inspo! You can purchase here.
Barbells + Brunch
We started our monthly free Barbells + Brunch event in July of this year and YOU GUYS HAVE MADE IT SO SUCCESSFUL!! Our goal is to connect our community of people online and offline, and B+B has allowed us to provide a free group workout for you guys + connect with you at brunch afterwards. We’ll start these back up in January 2020!

Our Facebook Group Equip Encourage Empower Community grew from 189 members to 245 members in 2019! Thank you for helping spread the word and allow us to impact 56 more people this year! That’s 56 more people who have a community and access to free information + resources that will improve their health if they choose to use them.

New classes offered
In 2019 we revamped out in-house classes offered at our west Houston location. We now offer morning and evening times to come in for a swear sesh.
Mon-Fri 5:45-7:15 a.m. (open time)
Drop in time to start your morning with a great workout. Come in and go as you please. Schedule a free consultation to receive a personalized workout plan.
Mon & Wed 9:30-10:30 a.m. (Total Body Class)
This trainer-led class focuses on interval. resistance and strength training. Open to all fitness levels.
Tues & Thurs 12:00-1:00 p.m. (Total Body Class)
This trainer-led class focuses on interval. resistance and strength training. Open to all fitness levels.
